I admit that I have a guilty pleasure this month: Twilight. Though I won't get into the details of my thoughts on the background and intentions of author Stephanie Meyer, I have to say that, were I 13 today, I would be just as obsessed with Edward Cullen as any one of the pre-teens that lined up for the midnight viewing just a few weeks ago. For now, I'm only going to admit that I enjoy the fast-paced, suspenseful and dramatic easy read as another outlet to enjoy since the end of Harry Potter. I have just begun the second in a series of four books: New Moon. I might even have to see the movie now. Want a full review? Just comment below.

I do want a full review because I'm trying to decide if I should read the book before watching the movie or watch the movie and then read the book or just forget the whole thing and let the hype die. :) What do you think, would I get into it?
I definitely think the book before the movie. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I'm sure that there are so many details, so many great descriptions of the emotions going on that the movie surely wouldn't have been able to capture. It's an easy read, so don't be scared of the thickness ;-)
